Pat brought immense value-add to two recent real estate needs my husband and I had. 1) Cottage purchase My husband and I had been searching for a cottage property on our own for over two years to no avail. Once Pat came on board, we found a property and completed the purchase within months. Pat identified a property that matched our needs and connected with the listing agent to arrange for a showing.
